ReleaseWire offers a service that allows the creation and distribution of press releases through a network of news feeds, websites, and media channels, as well as other services such as automatic generation and tracking of press release distributions (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the Service and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReleaseWire.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You need to be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract in order to access or use the Service. When creating an account with us, you agree to provide us with accurate and updated personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. The Service
ReleaseWire publishes press releases submitted by you to selected news sites, websites, and media outlets within our network depending on the package you have chosen. Our Service includes tools to assist you in the creation, formatting, submission and publication of your press releases. The particular news outlets, audience reach and additional features will depend on the package selected.

4. Distribution and no guarantee of results
You acknowledge and agree that ReleaseWire is providing distribution services only, and not media coverage. That is:

• "Distibution" refers to the sending of your release to the feeds in the ReleaseWire network; it does not guarantee that any particular feed will publish, keep, or report on your release.
• We do not provide a guaranteed traffic level or readership or pickup or ranking or backlinks or leads or business outcomes.
• We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, readership, pickup, search ranking, backlinks, leads, or business results.
• Estimated audiences, outlet lists, and time estimates are offered in good faith.

5. Your content and responsibilities
You will own the rights to all material that you contribute ("Your Content"). By contributing Your Content, you grant ReleaseWire and our distribution partners a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, transfer, publish, and distribute it in order to offer the Service. You agree that:

• All necessary rights, licenses and permissions are held by you for your content to be submitted and distributed by you.
• Your content is true and not misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent in nature.
• Your content does not breach any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights.
• Your content is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• All claims, quotes, and endorsements made in your content are duly authorized, and any quotes of actual persons have their consent.

6. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not submit or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity.
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, phishing, or spam.
• Is sexually explicit or exploits minors.
• Constitutes or promotes a financial scam, pump-and-dump scheme, or an investment or securities offering that violates applicable law.
• Makes false or unsubstantiated claims, including health, financial, or earnings claims.

You also agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law.

7. Cryptocurrency and financial content
ReleaseWire is entitled to distribute any press releases relating to cryptocurrency, digital assets, and Web3 projects. In case such content is distributed by ReleaseWire, you alone are fully responsible for making sure that it meets all relevant laws including, but not limited to, those relating to securities laws, financial promotion laws, and consumer protection laws. ReleaseWire will not give you financial, investment, or legal advice on any matter; it neither endorses any projects nor any assets whatsoever and neither will distributing a release imply an endorsement or any representation as to legitimacy or value of any project.

8. AI-assisted tools
Some AI tools provided as part of the Service may assist you in drafting your press release. However, it is your responsibility to review and verify all contents generated by the use of AI tools prior to submission for distribution.

9. Pricing, payment, and refunds
The prices of the releases and packages are given on a per-release or package basis and are indicated prior to purchase completion, and you agree to cover all applicable charges. The Service, together with its software, design, logo, and content (except Your Content), is the exclusive property of ReleaseWire and is subject to intellectual property protection laws. You may not reproduce, adapt, redistribute, or make derivatives of the Service without our consent.
